Corrections
We fix things in the open.
Hullside publishes numbers people make decisions with. When one of them is wrong, the correction matters as much as the original.
How we correct
- A correction is marked on the article itself, dated, and describes what was wrong — not just what is now right.
- Corrections are never made silently. An article edited to fix a material error carries the note permanently.
- A headline that was wrong gets a corrected headline and a note. The URL does not change, so links and citations keep working.
- A specification corrected on a model page is corrected at the source field, and the source and read-date are updated with it.
- A recorded sale we can no longer stand behind is withdrawn from the record, not quietly adjusted.
Tell us
If we have something wrong — a specification, a price, a date, a name — we want to know. Write to haye@hullside.co with the article and what is incorrect. We answer every correction request, including the ones we end up disagreeing with.
The log
No corrections yet — Hullside has only just begun publishing. Corrections will be listed here, newest first, as well as on the articles themselves.
